Giovanni B. Fazio is a Founding Partner of Prime Radiant Partners and brings more than 22 years of experience spanning private equity investing, board leadership, and executive management across the healthcare, life sciences, and broader industrial sectors in the United States and Europe.

He brings significant experience as General Manager and Head of Investments at Stevanato Holding, being responsible for investment strategy and portfolio development. Prior to that, he was Group Chief Executive Officer of a single-family permanent capital investment firm, leading private equity investments and overseeing a diversified portfolio of operating businesses and financial assets.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Fazio spent more than 13 years at Bain & Company, where he was a Partner and Managing Director in the firm’s Healthcare and Private Equity practices. In that role, he advised leading corporations, investors, and management teams on mergers and acquisitions, growth strategies, performance improvement initiatives, and large-scale business transformations across Europe and North America.

Mr. Fazio began his career as a Financial Analyst in the Fixed Income, Currencies, and Commodities (FICC) division of Goldman Sachs International in London. He holds both a Bachelor’s and a master’s degree in economics,, awarded with honors, from LUISS Guido Carli University and has completed executive education programs at Columbia Business School

Peter Soelkner is a Founding Partner of Prime Radiant Partners and brings more than 30 years of leadership experience across the global life sciences and pharmaceutical services industry. He combines deep sector expertise with extensive private equity, board, and operational leadership experience, helping companies accelerate growth, expand internationally, and create long-term value.

Prior to co-founding Prime Radiant Partners, Mr. Soelkner served as Advisor and subsequently Operating Partner at Advent International, one of the world’s leading private equity firms, where he supported investments and portfolio companies across the healthcare and pharmaceutical services sectors. Mr. Soelkner currently serves as Vice Chair of the Board of Directors of Oxford Biomedica and as a Non-Executive Director of Stevanato Group and Coriolis Pharma. He has extensive board-level experience supporting growth, strategic transformation, and value creation across the life sciences ecosystem.

Until May 2025, Mr. Soelkner served as Managing Director of Vetter Pharma, one of the world’s leading aseptic fill-and-finish CDMOs. During his 15-year tenure, he played a key role in scaling the business from approximately $200 million in revenue to more than $1 billion, while expanding its global customer base and operational footprint.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Soelkner held several senior leadership positions at Sartorius, including Vice President for the Americas, where he led commercial expansion initiatives and strengthened the company’s presence across multiple life sciences markets in North and South America.

Mr. Soelkner holds an MBA from Columbia Business School in New York and a master’s degree in chemical engineering from TU Dortmund University, Germany.

Walid Gardezi is a Founding Partner of Prime Radiant Partners and has over 25 years of investing, board leadership, and operating experience across the healthcare and technology sectors.

Prior to Prime Radiant Partners, Mr. Gardezi was Managing Partner at Audentix Capital, a NY-based healthcare investment firm. He was previously a member of the healthcare private equity group at Warburg Pincus where he focused on investments in life sciences, medical devices, research tools, and healthcare services. Prior to Warburg Pincus, he was an investment professional at Oaktree Capital Management and Golden Gate Capital. Earlier in his career, Mr. Gardezi was a consultant at McKinsey & Company.

He received his bachelor’s degree from Harvard University with honors and was a researcher at Massachusetts General Hospital’s Center for Molecular Imaging Research.
